Money taken out of account.

It's hard for us to answer as we have no access to your account, but have you made some recent refunds?  If there was no money in the Available section of your Payment Summary,  then your back up source usually your bank account is used to make that refund,  and then the money from the sale is released to you.

As said impossible for us to tell so contact eBay Customer Services who do have that access to your account and can explain that transaction for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I haven't bought or sold anything.

You have sold five items since February, the most recent being on 5th May.

Although selling is now free for private sellers, fees may still apply if you used any paid-for optional listing features.

So why don't ebay tell you what the money is for, yes I sold things back on the 5th, it's the 17th today things don't take that long to go through.

If you used promotions or any of the following listing upgrades below,  then there is a non refundable listing fee to pay.

eBay do ' tell you' ,   any listing fee is clearly shown at the bottom of the listing pay before you click on List Item,  it should state no fee above,   if there is a fee you have chosen a promotion/ upgrade,  and there's time to scroll up and delete those,  if you wish to ' list for free'.

Add any of the following optional listing upgrades, and they all come with a non refundable listing fee.

This is payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.

Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)

Subtitles: £2

Listing in 2 categories: 35p

Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)

Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p

As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button,  glance just above it,  it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.

As said,  if there is a fee amount listed there,  you have selected an upgrade,  and if you wish,  it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

This will show you a breakdown of your transactions,  and any fees paid:
