You are a new seller, and it was an expensive item.

Even if the buyer has left a glowing review, they do have up to 30 days to start a return for the coin.

Ebay may hold your money for up to 30 days although if your tracking shows delivery, this time may be reduced.

The details on payment holds are here:

The leaving of feedback is good but even better,  is if you have tracking to show delivery.

If you have,  enter this where you marked the item as dispatched and it should release your money sooner.

Wait a few more days if it's not appearing in the ' Avilable section ' of your Payment Summary,  contact eBay Contact Services,  provide them the tracking number which shows delivery, and draw their attention to the feedback left too,  ask if they would kindly release your payout.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
