Money disappeared from my balance

Hi, I had money in my balance from a purchase. Then, I sold something for which immediately the buyer request a cancellation which I approved as soon as I approved the cancellation of the sold item. The money that was in my balance from previous sale disappeared.

eBay take refunds from your balance or funding source but you get to keep the payment when it clears.
