Missing order

How can I chase up an order I placed nearly a year ago  ? Have contacted seller twice or even three times - no reply.

I have left several reviews saying my order has not yet arrived but heard nothing back

Why did you leave it so long?

You have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery showing on the order to open an eBay item not received claim, 120 days from payment to issue a not received chargeback if you funded the payment with a debit or credit card and 180 days to file a not received claim with PayPal.

So, you're very much beyond any way to chase a refund now.
