Messed up!!!

I messed up and returned a refund to a customer without them returning the item first. Now I can't figure out how to  print a return shipping label for the customer. HELP!!!

Now you've refunded you won't be able to provide a label via ebay.  You'll have to buy one on the courier's website and get it sent to the buyer.
