Tried to use the new messaging system that Ebay has introduced to contact a buyer but it seems no messages are being sent. Ticked the option "send a copy to my email" but nothing is arriving in the inbox. (checked all folders an no messages present). There is also no indication that the message has been delivered. Anyone else having the same problem?
