Everytime I try to send a message to a user a pop up info shows up saying message not sent and a red exclamation mark in a red dot under the message. There are no restrictions on my account that I know off but I can't get hold of anyone from support to confirm this and the Ai chatbot is useless
I cannot find anything in the rules, but believe ebay does restrict number of messages that can be sent. Do you send many messages, bearing in mind that any messages not being sent would all be counted.
