Message buyer not working

I sell personalised items and someone has not given me the name they'd like and the message buyer is not working so I can't contact them. I've tried it on the app and on my laptop and I've also tried to see if it works on my personal account with no joy. On the laptop it won't let me type anything and on the app it lets me write and attempt to send it but it it just greys out and says "send message failed.Please try again" Can someone else check to see if theirs is working. Thank you

If they have paid, is there a phone number for the buyer with the address etc?

Normally, I would never suggest ringing a buyer but, in this case, I think a phone call or a text would be appropriate so you can fulfil their order.

Thank you I do normally text but only a landline for this one so I'll have to call but I do still need to sort out messaging.

Message buyer not working

I've found a way around it on my laptop. If I click on their seller feedback I can use the contact seller and message them that way but there's no work around on the app which is what I use all the time.
