I sell digital items which I can usually just mark as dispatched. One buyer however chose collection as their delivery method. I sent them the digital items after they sent me their collection code but when I put the code in it said the code was invalid. I have messaged the buyer asking them to check the code but they won’t message me back so now I am unable to mark the item as collected even though the buyer has the item. Is there any way I can do this without their code? I’m worried I’m just going to have to cancel the order and take a loss.

You need to read the policies on digital items.

With a few exceptions, the sale of Digitally delivered items is not permitted as per policy >
