I have received a new item of clothing, labels still on, however there is a mark on the collar. The pictures on the listing don’t show the back of the collar so I don’t know if it was there at the point of listing or not. It is an expensive piece of clothing £130+ so I would expect it to be in pristine condition. I don’t think it could have happened during transit. I am happy to try and wash the item as I think it’s likely to come out but if it doesn’t I won’t be wanting to keep the item. I have reached out to the seller who has said they won’t accept a return. I just wanted to get eBay’s stance on it but can’t seem to find a way to contact them. if I won’t be able to return it if it’s been washed then I’ll probably open a case to return it and buy elsewhere as I don’t want to take a chance. Any advice welcomed
