I sold an item 2 weeks ago and buyer has confirmed delivery and left positive feedback. Item was sent tracked through parcel force.  After a lot of searching through ebay, found where it said funds can be withdrawn but they can't.  I can't find anywhere where I can contact eBay except that robot thing which is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Does the tracking on ebay show delivery?

Have you received payments successfully before?

It's possible that you are not fully signed up to managed payments.

it's still showing waiting delivery. I haven't sold anything on eBay for quite a long time but never had issues before.
