Making Offers not working

I have seen that a number of Ebayers have been unable to make offers. Is this an issue across Ebay in general? Maybe Ebay could make a statement about this!! I'm fed up with this situation.

eBay do not come to this forum to see your reasonable request.

However,  it does seem to be affecting many,  you are not alone.

I believe Community  Manager kat@ebay is dealing with these queries, and perhaps can add your items to the open ticket for the tech team to check ?
