Loss of Custom Delivery.

I 'spoke' at some length nto an Ebay agent yesterday and it seems that we have lost the option of Custom Delivery. Once again our freedom to operate our Ebay accounts to suit ourselves, has been eroded without any consultation by the "Big Brother" approach of Ebay. Apparently our sales journey is going to be "smoother and more efficient". Does anybody else feel steamrollered in this matter?

Rather than waste time with ebay CS you could have spent it on the main seller board looking at the many threads on Simple Delivery.
