At the bottom of the draft click on List with displayed fees.
It can take up to 48 hours for a listing to appear, especially if you are a new or returning seller, having had a little break from eBay.
As long as you can see it in Active Listing, all is well, it will eventually appear. Even items all listed at the same time, can appear at different times
Do not revise it, as that will send it to the back of the queue again to be indexed before it can be listed.
