Listing items on my phone, I want buyer to pay postage, but gets listed as postage free?

So, I have been using ebay for a a year, mainly ok, but I listed a few items yesterday and I wanted buyer to pay postage, as usual for me, I double check its labelled buyer to pay... today I have offers on an item but I can see postage is free for buyer... Item will cost less than postage. I decline offer and relist item.... but I find every single item I listed yesterday is free postage, plus I now have had to cancel 4 orders because no postage is listed. This seems to be on the phone , when on the laptop I never have this issue.

I'm not listing in a rush, I actually double check. Now I feel I must go through every single item again on my laptop. What a waste of time.

I have just looked at a number of your items and all quoted postage cost, which would be included  in amount buyer pays.

Give an example.

I can see a number of items ended on the 17th quoting free delivery. If you did not load that way, then another ebay glitch, which could prove expensive for you if you did not notice.

I can see you made your post a little earlier, but the only item you have listed now with free postage is a chair which is collection only.

Thanks for looking, but I've spent time rectifying the situation this afternoon. I'm only going to use my laptop for ebay.
