Letter & Large Letter option disappeared from options

Hi Everyone, I have been selling knitting patterns and do Simple Delivery Royal Mail. It usually comes with a choice of letter 91p, Large Letter up to 100g £1.55 . Today I have phoned ebay and waiting for a call back- they are looking into it. It is currently only showing a Large Letter Option up to 1 kg of £2.72

I have tried everything, can anyone help as the cost of some of my items are less than the postage now.

I think for the items you sell, you should have  CUSTOM POSTAGE option, and not use Simple Delivery, which has no option for 2nd class letter or large letter postage.

Hi, it will not let me do custom postage. I have always put on either letter or Large Letter and set it up for Royal Mail and on the Large letter it let me put the weight in, It is only giving me an option of Large Letter up to 1kg at £2.72 with no option for custom postage. I asked ebay and they could not answer and could only see the same option as me so have sent it to I.T but could take up to 72 hours. They said they would ring me. I've done it on my laptop like I usually do and also tried it on my husbands ebay app and it is doing exactly the same. I'm just trying to put a knitting pattern on in Crafts/Crochet /Knitting Yarn category as usual price £3.50 and it only shows Simple Delivery with a cost of £2.72. Hope someone can help me as I have put lots on doing it the same way since Simple Delivery started and it just changed the other day. Thankyou all if you have any ideas, I'm not a wizz kid so I know I probably have gone the long way round but I just can't figure it.
