If you've dispatched the order then there's nothing you can do except to wait and see what happens with that delivery, if anything.

You said that it's been dispatched?

What listing is it?

If you haven't dispatched it yet and it's the bike, you have free delivery set up on that listing, so you're paying for it and can send it with correct postage.

You can't send a bike out via Royal Mail, and certainly not for £6.48.

You can cancel that label and then buy a new label with either Parcelforce or a courier. The Post Office won't accept that bike.

If you bought that label via eBay you should be able to void and get a refund on the link below, use the more actions menu to select the void option.

For future reference and to save confusion, you can't dispatch a label -  if you've dispatched something it means that you've sent it.

Try cancelling it here:

https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014270619-EasyTicket

If it's not there it's a Simple Delivery label and you won't be able to cancel it until you have a new tracking number:

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form (link below) for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

To process your refund, we'll verify the following:

    • The label was paid for by you (you offered free shipping to the buyer).
    • The refund request is created within 14 days from the item's sale.
    • The label wasn't used within 14 days of the item's sale.
    • The package was delivered using a different tracking number.

If your request meets all these conditions, you'll receive a refund for the shipping cost.
