Large bladed items

So if I have a bladed item for sale ie vintage scythe/ antique  plough and they are too big for postage  why is there no eBay instructions for collection only with age verification

eBay doesn't allow items for collection where age verification is required upon delivery such as alcohol, tobacco, and knives and bladed items

which is why I opened this discussion - so eBay have trusted me to sell and generate them funds etc for many years but can’t trust me to check age verification if item is collected in person
