I bought a lawn mower from here but went to the persons address and paid them via bank transfer, so the order isn’t on my account… 

the lawn mower didn’t work when we got it home and we have had ronla for it fixed? However I can’t leave a review on the page as the order isn’t there, is there anything I can do

 If you didn't implement the purchase on ebay there's nothing you can do via ebay.  If the value makes it worthwhile try money claim online.  Google for details.

If the order is not in your purchases then no feedback can be left.

Did you buy through eBay listing or just contact seller?

Payment should have been made when buying via eBay as payment on collection is no longer allowed

I messaged on the add, but he said to come look at it and then we made payment via bank transfer not eBay

You made an off eBay sale which is against the rules,  so you cannot turn to them for help now.

After purchase,  payments must be made through eBay checkout,  then you'd be protected with eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

No feedback or use of moneyback guarantee is available as you didn't complete the purchase on eBay.

In future you must make offers via the official listing or eBay may suspend your account as they are not getting their fee.

Yes, they definitely knew what they were doing and broke eBay rules by making this off eBay sale, it may or may not be picked up by eBay.

The seller might have instigated the rule breaking but you took part.  I don't think alerting ebay to that would be a good idea.

Nothing you can do , if you report this to eBay your account may be restricted.

You paid cash so no payment provider,  that is , no credit card to fall back on for any refund.
