I'm 14 years old I've already payed the fees I keep getting emails by Ebay but I've already pay 13.92 which is more than what they wanted I've already been charged the fees I'm only 14 and I keep getting contacted

Firstly, you have to be 18 to register an account on ebay.   But what fees do you mean?  You only get charged for listing enhancements such as reserve.

eBay obviously doesn't realise that you're under 18 years old. You have to be 18 or over to open an account.

You need to let your parents or guardians know what's happened, so that they can sort it out with eBay and close your account. If you want to carry on using eBay untlil you're 18 it would have to be by using their account, with their permission of course. They would then be responsible for your transactions.
