Its coming up free shipping when I'm not offering free shipping?

Hi I've not been selling on eBay for over 20 years, I've just listened a item and put in that the shipping is £3-38.  But when I go to review my listing it's saying that I'm offering free shipping when I'm not, any advice would be great that
