I purchased items that were given specific dispatch dates, but I am still waiting and have not received them. It is evident from the order details that these items were never dispatched. However, the eBay system now states it cannot locate the order, likely because more than 90 days have passed. I’m unsure how to get my money back. The supplier responded to my message, indicating they won't investigate further due to the time elapsed. Please help me resolve this, as it involves a significant amount of money.
