Items collected - proof of delivery.

Hi,

I sold 2 items. I was sent payment including postage via pay-pal.  i then created a postal label to post the items. The buyer then came to personally pick up the 2 items. 

I have been told that the buyer should have provided a code for me to enter.

What will happen now? payment is stating pending. What happens about the buyers paid postage cost? as the postal label will not be used.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply,  I've just seen your question is unanswered.

For a listed collection item the buyer after payment,  receives a collection code to show to the seller who scans this and this is the only proof of collection.

You unfortunately,  will not have this code the item being listed as postage originally, so no way to show it has been delivered.  You may need to wait a minimum of 14 days now,  for the payout.

If the buyer has originally paid for the Simple Delivery labels,  because they were unused,  message the buyer that they will be automatically refunded for those costs and the refund will take about 30 days to appear.
