I bought an item and had problems with delivering. In the end, I tracked the item back in the country of origin. I wrote a message to seller to explain it but with no reply. Ebay shows, that it was delivered, so I can not report, that it wasn't. I can't contact an agent, because it is impossible for chat to recognize the item number from my purchase history. It happened in summer 2024, but I hope, there suppose to by a way, how to get the money back from seller. Or I am just naive?
