Item shows as unpaid but buyer has paid

Hi, I sold an item and sent the buyer a payment reminder but he says he has already paid. It is still showing as unpaid on my end; what do I need/can do?

You need to ensure that your buyer is not trying to diddle you out of sending the item without paying through the appropriate channels. If it is showing as unpaid on ebay then they haven't paid. Ebay can be a lot of things, but this sort of thing they don't get wrong.

Did your buyer indicate when they paid?
