I have recently sold a parcel. I sold it with the printed label given to me by ebay. When I sent it off I noticed the tracking wasn't working. So I messaged the customer and they have told and shown me that they have received the parcel. However, on ebay it says the parcel still hasn't been sent off. Therefore I am unable to collect the funds for this sale. Is there anything I can do?

Don't know what went wrong here . I do not buy postage from eBay, but it's meant to add tracking and mark as dispatched automatically.
Do you have the tracking? You may need to mark it dispatched and add tracking manually.
You need to finalise the transaction now only on the Seller Hub here:
Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.
If not possible to do this manually, you will need to contact eBay Customer Services and confirm the information.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
