Item purchased not on my purchase status

I have purchased an item and have an e-mail from Ebay confirming,  also item has arrived but tracker says its still out for delivery , I wish to return but can't get assistance as it isn't showing purchase on my account, money has been taken fro. Bank account too so I'm at a loss what to do as I can't be put through to an agent

Sounds like you bought as a guest.  The email from ebay will tell you what to do to return it.

Thanks for the reply, my issue now is I've received order but it still shows out for delivery! Also when I press help button on email it asks me to register an account but then says I'm already registered do sign in which just brings me back to where I started @
