Item not available for sale in Florida?

I have a buyer who want to buy a few items, so to make the purchase easy for her I created a listing with all item she wanted in one, and made it international posting though ebay but is says on the usa side that the item cannot be posted to Florida. Am I doing something wrong how do I correct this?

There is currently an ebay issue with selling to the US.

Thanks for the information, I thought that might be the issue but I have other items for sale that she says can buy individually but talking to her I had other items which she also would like but could not see them in the us web site so sent her pictures and she asked me to create a listing with all the items. She can see it but it says not available to post to Florida.
