Item listed in Canada

Hi please help. There's an item listed on eBay UK and selling from Canada. It shows a GBP price to buy and for shipping but it won't let me purchase from the app.

Have you tried,  and can you switch to a laptop / PC and try from there?  Use Chrome too,  that seems to work best with eBay.

I take it this is an item that is not prohibited to be sent to us here in the UK,  for example,  a bladed item ?
