Hi,
I ordered a few films recently and they all arrived but one.
It was from the same seller, I waited until the date it should of arrived passed.
I waited a few more days and still nothing so all I did was ask if it was still coming as I still wanted the film.
Before I knew it I had a notification that a refund was coming.
I didn't ask for the refund as I still wanted the film.
The refund came so as far as all concerned case closed??
Then a few more days passed and it arrived...I'm a fair fellow and want to pay the amount back.
Apparently I have to contact Ebay Customer Support but all I get are automated responses which don't really answer my question.
Now I've received the item I'd like to pay for it...any advice please??
