Item delivered but not marked as delivered

Item sent Royal Mail 2nd class.  Had confirmation from buyer that they have received it, but system not updated to show as delivered or on Royal Mail website.

If you bought your own postage did you add a tracking number to ebay?    Even standard 2nd class has a delivery confirmation number (16 digits) on the receipt which ebay accept as tracking.   it will help if you add that.   If not the money will be held for 14 days.   If item is less that £10 buyer leaving feedback will help to get it sooner.

It looks as if you send most of your items as Large Letters which do not have delivery confirmation.  I use that a lot and my items just show as 'dispatched' and never 'delivered'.

As advised, you will have to wait 14 days for payment unless your buyer leaves feedback.

Thank you, I have taken a screenshot of buyers delivery confirmation anyway in case anything goes pear shaped, but I’m sure there shouldn’t be any issues .
