Item collected, how do I change status to despached

I sold an item that was collected but showing as not despatched as not

The buyer should have given you a collection code.  You can ask them for it now via message.  If not you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released but you will get it in the end.

Buyers should bring with them a 6 digit code for you to scan alongside Confirm Collection,  this is the only way to prove an item was collected.

You can send the buyer a message to please send you this code,  and then add the numbers manually.

If not,  your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
