Item Tracking- different method- Royal Mail

Hi all,

I have sold an item that I was initially going to sent via EVR- However the barcode didn't work so sent via Royal Mail post (stamps)

buyer has received it & sent positive feedback.

My listing says not delivered because EVRI is showing as not send.

How do I amend the postage setting so funds van be released- I need to confirm the. item has been delivered

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.   If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.   If the tracking doesn't update after that you will wait 14 days for the payment to be released.

Go to item in your orders paid and dispatched, click VIEW ORDER DETAILS. 

To the right of address, tracking with EDIT.
