Item Location not available

Hi

I cant seem to list an item as its asking for an item location, however the option to add a location is not available in the preferences section before listing.

I have done everything possible now except for contacting ebay.

Others have said the same so it seems to be another ebay glitch.    To be sure use a browser rather than the app and try clearing cookies or using different browsers.   If no luck we'll just have to wait until ebay sort it out.

Thanks for the reply, I can only use the browser as the app directs you to the browser to complete it, cant list it otherwise. I have deleted all cache data, losing my patience now, what a joke, how difficult to simply sell an item
