Can I get help I bought a Apple Pencil from a seller who advertised it to be a 1st generation actually it’s not and we have only just noticed as it was a Christmas gift the item was advertised with what I needed but the serial number on Apple is showing it’s not the correct generation and now the item can’t be used
If its within 30 days of delivery open a "not described" return via the dropdown menu arrow next to the item on your purchases list. Escalate after 3 working days.
If its more than 30 days contact your payment provider.
