Dear Community,
Is anyone else having issues with DPD and PackLink? I sent three parcels on Monday and all of them have been marked by DPD for return to me. I contacted Packlink who responded re one of the parcels, telling me they are having technical issues with DPD, and have given me a refund. All very confusing, and I also have three pretty unhappy buyers.
Any advice on what to do would be very much appreciated.
