Issue with eBay Shop Subscription Charges and Unable to Cancel

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my eBay shop subscription. I subscribed to an eBay shop on August 16, 2024, but canceled it within 2 minutes. However, I was still charged £18. Now, I see an additional charge of -£32, and there is no option showing up to cancel the subscription again.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How can I resolve this? Any advice on contacting eBay support or steps to ensure I am not charged further would be appreciated.

It would help if the screen shot actually showed what you say you have been charged £18 and £32, as I can only see £27.
