Issue with Not Connecting Ebay Not Authorized to use the account

Good day ,

 I'm using ebay for the past year for send refund and checking the status on ebay but It won't let me do it.

It say's not authorized to use the account.

Please help need this .

You will need to log out of this account and log into www.ebay.com  try from there,  see if that helps.

If it doesn't,  then  contact eBay Customer Services here:
