Is anyone else having problems with the listing tool today.

I keep getting the message:

"Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later."

Which device or browser are you using ?

If the app there is  an update to install,  or sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps, it also requires the android 12 and up..

Or, if using the app switch if you can to a laptop / PC with Chrome that combo seems to work well,  and less issues of this kind there.  Clear cache and cookies,  too.

Thanks for replying . I think I may have worked out the problem. I believe ebay have reduced the number of items in my drafts, so they remain to view but cannot be listed. Alhough they could have used a better message to explain.

Aaah,  you didn't mention this was to do with drafts!

The number has not been reduced,  but there is a general technical issue some are experiencing, the same that drafts cannot be listed.

Community manager Marco did post a few days ago that the issue was solved,  but for anyone still seeing this,  to post a screenshot here, and he can report it for you.
