Have you never read the money back guarantee.?

If you feel that the description was inaccurate or misleading, then you open a Not as described case, sellers cannot refuse or ignore this sort of return. Seller has to supply a reply paid label and on return refund in full.

No returns on a listing only applies to Change of Mind returns. Surely you do not think sellers can send anything in any condition to buyers with no risk of having to accept returns and refunding?

Ebay will only help you for 30 days from delivery, when was the item delivered?

Are you talking about an iPad 2?

That's pretty ancient, and you should've checked to see if it could be upgraded before purchasing, really, or at least asked the seller before buying I feel.

Apologies, when you said 'i bought a apple ipod pro 2 ' I thought you meant an iPad, not one iPod.

eBay would probably support you because they often seem to support the buyer without even considering the facts.

But I think you're expecting too much from your seller. The ipods were clearly stated to be 2nd Generation so you knew what you were buying.

If you wanted to perform actions which require more recent firmware you should have bought a more recent model. Or checked before buying whether 2nd Generation ipods could be upgraded. It wasn't up to your seller to state this.
