Invaild access token

Morning.

For the past month or so, when I search for items I keep getting a Invaild access token message pop up. I can't access anything on ebay.  I can't seem to find any information about what it's for or how to remove/reset it.

I've tried the automated chat with ebay but that's just useless 🤦‍♀️

What device are you using to access eBay?

I've just done this 😁 and it's still coming up with the same message.

Are you using the App?

If so,  uninstall the eBay app, restart your phone, and download the latest version from the app store.
