International Postage Options Disabled

I've just been attempting to add a new item on eBay.  All fine until you get down to 'Add other postal services' under 'International Postage'.

When you go into 'Add Services', there are no options available to add(!)

This has been reported to eBay Help.  They confirm that it is an issue and are getting Technical to look into it.

It seems that eBay have yet again put through a software update before checking that it works correctly.
