I'm not sure how to resolve this hoping someone can advise...
I selected the Simple Delivery option for my large item 55x55x25cm, 17kg. The buyer has selected Royal Mail as the carrier, but the parcel is too big and they won't accept. I think I must have missed something when listing... first time I've used the SD option.
What are my options? Do I simply cancel the order?
