Incorrect payment amount

Ive sold an item for £8 but ended up with less than the asking price. The buyer has paid for postage and it states that they selected royal mail 2nd class but i have been sent a yodel barcode? Totally lost on the money breakdown as it doesn’t add up in any way.

I am not sure if I looked into the correct transaction, but if I did, it looks all good.

Please note that the amount of your payout may vary vs the amount of one particular order only. As in, sometimes you will receive more because 2 or 3 orders are being sent together, for example.

Sometimes you might receive less because you had an outstanding balance pending or a hold, for example.

If you check your transactions breakdown from your payments tab, you can see it all there. However, if you would like me to double check, let me know the item number, and I'd be happy to take a further look.
