After I made an offer to the seller and the seller accepted it, eBay automatically charged me a higher amount than the price agreed with the seller.
Due to certain reasons, I had to return the item to the seller. The seller refunded me only the agreed item price, not the full amount that eBay had originally charged, which was higher.
I contacted customer service, but the agents have not been able to resolve this issue. I am missing the difference between the amount charged by eBay and the amount refunded by the seller. I would like eBay to refund the remaining balance that was collected by eBay itself.
