IOSS has to be entered electronically. Writing it on the label will mean that the buyer may be charged again.
Either take your item to the Post Office and make sure they know it is an Ebay sale - details below:
1. Go to a Post Office branch to send your item. Tell us which IOSS marketplace you sold your item through. If the marketplace is not on the list below, please provide the IOSS number.
Or, if you buy your label via click and collect (cheaper, easy and you can do your customs leaflet at the same time) IOSS is automatically added.
