Many have not received their item or received it late, any reasons why shipment is this bad? This has brought your selling standard down with negatives and probable attached defects.
Others have complained the items you are selling as leather is not actually leather? Does the clothing have labels stating 100% leather inside?
Improve on the quality and times of posting and your selling standard will rise slowly with better feedback scores.
