I was scammed by a seller and eBay won't refund me

I bought an s25 for 500.35 and the seller stopped paying for his contract because it was a phone he couldn't afford so he decided to make a quick buck by being a scammer then I sold it to a phone shop in Tesco for 150 then bought it back for 250 after he returned it from India (after he discovered it was a blocked phone) by that time eBay said it was too late to return for a refund ( that does not make sense, please change your policy eBay!) so I sold it for parts not working for 100 please help I lost so much money!

There is not anything anybody can do to help you.

You had 30 days to return the phone to the seller using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

As you have now sold the phone and don't have it to return, you can't start a chargeback with your payment provider.

I'm afraid you will just have to write off the loss.
