If an Evri label was issued you need to cancel that to get a refund. Go to Selling/Orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select Cancel Label.
When you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.
If the other tracking number is there see if you can use the Edit Tracking link next to the item. If not contact ebay and they will change it for you. You can use callback on here:

Without tracking confirmation of delivery you will get the money but it will be held for 14 days.
