A buyer was due to pick up today but messaged asking if I could post instead. Half their address was missing so I went on ‘print a label’ to see the rest and went off to post via DPD. Now I’m being told to post via the eBay service I’d “chosen” and I can’t change it. OBV the chatbot was useless. Any help greatly appreciated

You can't change it and you can't add your own tracking.
